The Crossbow Range

Swiss shooting would not be complete without the William Tell weapon. The Crossbow obviously no longer resembles the one used by Tell, but is a very accurate weapon with adjustable sights and must be loaded with the help of a lever. It has a 400 Lb pull. The 10 ring is smaller than a dime.

The 30m Crossbow Range is located between the Trap field and the Clubhouse which is equipped with eight running targets. The targets are retrieved by pressing a button which results in the targets being brought very close to the shooter, so that the arrow can be easily removed without changing the shooter’s position.
